In 1993, the association expanded its activities by establishing a psychotherapy center.
Due to the complexity of our clients’ life situations, we developed a holistic counseling and psychotherapy concept that enables clients to work toward comprehensive solutions while taking their socio-cultural background into account. This approach is supported by specialists who are professionally and linguistically qualified.
In psychotherapy with migrants, particular focus is placed on addressing motivations for migration, the loss of a familiar environment, adapting to the host society, and the challenges associated with this process.
Within the therapeutic process, we work together with the client to reflect on the usefulness of what they have brought with them, as well as the new elements encountered in the host society. Migration is therefore not viewed solely as a traumatic experience, but also as an opportunity for personal growth and development.
Therapy is available in Turkish, German, and English.
Our therapist is registered in the official list of licensed psychotherapists at the Austrian Federal Ministry of Health.

The focus includes practical casework, role and relationship dynamics between staff and clients, teamwork, and organizational collaboration.
