Our counseling services are aimed at people in Vienna and the surrounding area, with a special focus on individuals with migration experience and newly arrived migrants. Counseling is always confidential and can be accessed anonymously upon request.
We provide counseling in German, English, and Turkish.
Our counseling team works in a transcultural manner and brings professional experience in dealing with diverse cultural backgrounds and life realities. Diversity, equality, and gender mainstreaming are consciously taken into account.
Each counseling session is individually designed and tailored to the respective needs. Our services are flexible and are continuously being further developed.
At the core of our work is a solution-oriented approach that strengthens existing resources and opens up pathways to greater self-determination and social participation.
